The Airport Advisory Commission (AAC) meets on the 2nd Tuesday of the odd months of the year. The AAC meets in the Airport Conference Room located in the Terminal building at 1725 Henry Ave., South St. Paul, MN 55075. The meeting starts, promptly, at 6:00 PM and usually lasts until 8:00 PM. These meetings are open to the public.
Airport Advisory Commission Mission Statement
The purpose of the AAC is to make recommendations to the City Council on the issues of Fleming Field and airport policies that impact, of have the potential to impact, the community. The nine member Commission is appointed by the Mayor and the City Council to three year terms. Duties of the AAC are to review and make recommendations on the airport budget, Capital Improvement Plan, airport services, policies and procedures and to review the airport’s financial performance.
