Water Utility Billing
Utility Rate Study
The city contracted with Ehler's and Associates, a public finance advisory firm, for a Utility Rate Study. The study provided detailed costs analysis of the city's utilities and outlined financial planning strategies for meeting future operational and capital expenses.

Contact Information
  • For account balances and all other questions regarding water and sewer bills, please call 651-554-3209, between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
  • For problems related to sewer backups, water quality, breaks, or leaks, please call the Utility Service Center at 651-554-3225.
  • After hour emergencies call 651-437-4211.

Moving Information
Notify the city at least three working days in advance of your move out/in date. This way we can get an accurate meter reading for the final bill. Have the following information available when requesting a final read:
  • Final read date
  • Forwarding address
  • New owners name
  • Phone number
  • To request a final reading call 651-554-3209.

Bill Payment
The city accepts checks, cash, and money orders only. You may bring your payment to the first floor at City Hall Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. otherwise there is also a 24 hour drop box located at the rear entrance to City Hall. You can also sign up for ACH payments.
